This is owned by the local town council and they do a great job with its upkeep.
There is a playground with swings etc. a skate park, a water park, a sand pit, (aka the beach) and plenty of grass to play on.
There is generally something going on in the Park. Most recent activity was the Youth engagement Day hosted by the local Fire Cadets. The May Day Fayre is run by the rotary club and in July the Carnival committee host the Summer Carnival culminating in all the vehicles stopping in the park.
If you want somewhere to take the children of all ages or simply sit and have a coffee in your dinner break, this is the place to visit.
