We had called in midway on a journey from Leeds to London and had seen they had a model of specific interest. We dealt with Grant and he ensured we were aware of relevant key features of the cars and arranged an on the spot test drive, also being clear about the differences in spec etc between the test drive car and the spec we were most interested in. The discussions were friendly and not pressurized and resulted in a new car sale that we were very pleased with. When the car was collected the following week it was completely ready in every respect.
